We have so many good things to say, I doubt we will have enough room. First of all, we were introduced to Teresa Palacios through a listing I liked earlier this year in January on Zillow (thanks Zillow!)... she called me, from the moment I spoke to her, I thought she was great, and once we were officially ready, we hired her as our Realtor. We met Fabian (her husband) and Teresa the first day we went to go see houses. They were incredibly informative, have many many years of experience, and are honestly great people to work with. After seeing many homes (we're kind-a picky), putting in a few offers on others (that fell through after inspection), and finally finding our dream home, we decided to put an offer in the same day we went to go see it. We were so excited! The following day, we found out the owner had passed and we were going into Probate... We had no idea what we were getting into, but they walked us through everything... They represented us incredibly, and were always looking out for our best interest. They are extremely educated, and know the market very well. Their advice, is what gave us the patience to hold on, until we finally closed earlier this week (we were in Probate for 8 months!). It's pretty crazy to admit that even though we fell in love with a complicated home, they never gave up on us and on our house. They spent months talking to us and advising us. And it's funny because now that the process is finally over, and we will soon move into our new home, we miss talking to them, and having them advise us. This real estate power couple really know what they're doing. My husband and I wouldn't just recommend them, we would HIGHLY recommend them. If we ever buy another home, we already know where to go.
